Biography

Family Healthcare of Hagerstown welcomed Ms. Erin Foutch, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, to the Family Practice team in 2021. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University (2019), her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV (2010), and her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Hagerstown Community College (2004). Throughout her career, she worked in the community health, hospital, assisted living, and outpatient

Staff are happy to help you apply for the Sliding Fee Program; this program is based on household income and can cover costs related to care at the Center. We can also connect you to area agencies that provide enrollment assistance for insurance through Maryland Health Connection and Medicaid.
