Biography
Dr. Koilpillai is a seasoned Family Medicine physician with over 28 years of experience and a strong track record in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and population health. He currently serves as the Medical Director for Family Healthcare of Hagerstown, where he oversees a wide range of services, including Family Practice and Psychiatry.
Dr. Koilpillai earned his MD from the University of Toronto and is board-certified in Family Medicine. He holds active medical licenses in Maryland and Virginia and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, and pursues hobbies such as racquetball, pickleball, hiking, and digital photography.
