The Healthy Smiles in Motion mobile dental program provides dental services to students of Washington County Public Schools on-site at their home schools during the school day.
Dental appointments are scheduled for students with the consent of parent/guardian. Appointments are grouped by school, and each student is escorted between his/her classroom and the mobile dental unit, which is parked outside of the school.
Licensed dentists and dental hygienists, with the help of qualified dental assistants, provide dental exams, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, dental sealants, fillings, simple extractions, and oral hygiene education.
To set up a dental appointment for your child, contact April Stanton, Mobile Program Coordinator, at 240-500-0198.
