Biography

Family Healthcare of Hagerstown welcomed Ms. McMillan, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, to the Family Practice team in 2026. She provides comprehensive care for both children and adults. While an extensive background in Nursing, Ms. McMillan developed a strong passion for family practice and holistic patient care. Her goal is to encourage overall wellness through preventative screenings, lifestyle education, and supportive resources, while fostering a positive and uplifting environment for both her patients and colleagues.

Staff are happy to help you apply for the Sliding Fee Program; this program is based on household income and can cover costs related to care at the Center. We can also connect you to area agencies that provide enrollment assistance for insurance through Maryland Health Connection and Medicaid. Need other kinds of assistance like housing, transportation, or clothing? If so, ask to speak with one of our Outreach Workers!
