Michelle L. Walker, DNP, CRNP
Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Walker both cares for patients and is the Medical Director at Family Healthcare of Hagerstown. Her licenses/certifications are through the State of Maryland (2011) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (2009). Dr. Walker earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (2011). She was also awarded her Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner degree (2009) and Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (2006) from Pennsylvania State University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Walker has been seeing patients at FHH locations since 2016.
Martha A. Pendleton-Riggle, MD
Quality Assurance Director and Physician
Dr. Riggle has been on the FHH team caring for Family Practice patients for more than 15 years. Her education includes the earning of her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree (1985) from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her residency (1988) from Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. Undergraduate education includes a Masters of Science degree in Biochemistry (1981) from the School of Basic Sciences at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry (1979), subspecialization in Biology, from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Riggle is Board Certified through the American Board of Family Practice.
Nina Eshaghi, MD
Dr. Nina Eshagi joined Family Healthcare of Hagerstown in 2019. She completed her residency in 2015 at Case Western Reserve University's Metrohealth Medical Center, in Cleveland, Ohio, after earning her Doctor of Medicine degree from St. Matthews University in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands in 2011. Prior, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of Maryland in Baltimore.
Mutsa Nyakabau, MD
Family Healthcare of Hagerstown welcomed Dr. Mutsa Nyakabau, Pediatrician, to the Family Practice team in August, 2018. Dr. N. was born in Zimbabwe and educated stateside. He received his Medical Degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC (2015) after being awarded a Masters in Public Health (MPH) degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. His residency was completed in 2018 at Geisenger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania. Look for Dr. N. in the community and on television where he spends quite a bit of time educating the community.
Mark Roncone, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
FHH is pleased to have Mr. Mark Roncone on the Family Practice team. Mark's education includes a Master of Science Degree in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons College in Boston, MA (2017) and an Associate Degree in Registered Nursing from Hagerstown Community College (2011). He also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University in Troy, AL (2001). Mark is also a United States Army Combat Veteran and we are appreciative of his service. Mr. Roncone will be seeing patients at the Cleveland Avenue location.
Jodi (Sirbaugh) Mayo, PA
Ms. Mayo joined the FHH team in 2016. Her education includes a 2013 Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Ms. Mayo became certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistance in 2014. She currently cares for adults and children at the Cleveland Avenue location.
Daniel Rosko, PA-C
Family Healthcare of Hagerstown welcomed Mr. Rosko to the Family Practice team in 2019. His Master of Physician Assistant Science degree was awarded in May, 2012 from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. Prior, he attended Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA where he earned two degrees: Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and and Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Both degrees were awarded in 2010. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
