Martha A. Pendleton-Riggle, MD

Dr. Riggle has been on the FHH team caring for Family Practice patients for more than 15 years. Her education includes the earning of her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree (1985) from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her residency (1988) from Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. Undergraduate education includes a Masters of Science degree in Biochemistry (1981) from the School of Basic Sciences at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry (1979), subspecialization in Biology, from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Riggle is Board Certified through the American Board of Family Practice.
Susan M. Womeldorf, MD
Dr. Womeldorf began caring for Family Practice patients in October 2020, and she brings with her more than 15 years of experience as a physician. Her education includes the earning of her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree (2002) from the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR. She completed her Family Medicine Residency (2005) from Marshall University School of Medicine where she completed an Internal Medicine track, Wilderness Medicine track, and gained experience in a health center. Undergraduate studies were completed at University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM, and Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Erin Foutch, MSN, CRNP
Family Healthcare of Hagerstown welcomed Ms. Foutch, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, to the Family Practice team in 2021. Her earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University (2019), her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV (2010), and her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Hagerstown Community College (2004). Throughout her career, she worked in the community health, hospital, assisted living, and outpatient settings.
Festus Agyekum, PA
Though Festus joined the Family Healthcare of Hagerstown team in January 2021, he brought with him more than 15 years of valuable experience as a physician assistant in family practice and emergency medicine. Festus received his Master of Public Health degree and Bachelor of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale Florida (2003).
Daniel Rosko, PA-C
Family Healthcare of Hagerstown welcomed Mr. Rosko to the Family Practice team in 2019. His Master of Physician Assistant Science degree was awarded in May, 2012 from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. Prior, he attended Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA where he earned two degrees: Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and and Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Both degrees were awarded in 2010. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
